RE/MAX Alliance Welcomes The Greer Group To Their Westminster/Broomfield Office!

RE/MAX Alliance is proud to welcome the Greer Group who recently joined the RE/MAX Alliance office located at 9737 Wadsworth Parkway in Westminster.

“As a team leader at a competing company, my primary objective was to bring over top talent from other companies,” said Heidi Greer, CEO and team leader for the Greer Group. “While I have many friends who are RE/MAX agents, I found them the most difficult to recruit. RE/MAX is a strong name and I chose to join this elite group of professionals, because I want to be in the business with the very best.”

The Greer Group was grown from a family with a long history in real estate and has been together for 18 years. Bill Greer began his real estate career in the mid 60’s. Bill’s wife Karen took over the real estate business in the mid 80’s and then partnered with daughter Heidi in 1994 to form the Greer Group. Bill joined the Greer Group about 6 years ago as the company leader, while Karen and Heidi dedicated their time to managing a real estate office of over 140 Realtors.

“Traci Phillips has been with the Greer Group for over ten years,” said Greer. “Michael Larkin joined the group as part of the transition to RE/MAX Alliance. He had previously been with RE/MAX for almost eighteen years.”

Greer has been actively involved with the Realtor Association at the local, state and national levels, serving in many leadership roles over the years. She served on several National Association of Realtor (NAR) committees, including the NAR Public Policy Committee and the NAR Research Committee. She has been a Director and President of the North Metro Denver Realtor Association. Greer began her real estate career in Texas in 1987, becoming one of the top agents in her market.

“I’ve enjoyed getting to know the industry’s leaders,” she said. “I found that I was able to succeed in both recruiting and building friendships.”

Bill Greer has also served in number of Realtor leadership roles. He is currently serving as a Director for the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.

According to Greer, Karen and she will focus on listings, specializing in fine home and luxury properties, including short sales. Bill, Traci and Michael will be more diverse, working with buyers and sellers, as well as team referrals. In addition to heading up the real estate team, Karen and Greer will coach and consult with others to build business through strong, productive teams.

“We are excited to have the Greer Group as part of the RE/MAX Alliance family,” said Chad Ochsner, president. “They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our company.”

RE/MAX Alliance is Colorado’s largest locally owned real estate organization, with over 900 Realtors and more than 20 offices serving the Colorado Front Range.
