RE/MAX Alliance Agents Becoming Active in Their Local and State Realtor Groups!

At RE/MAX Alliance, there are a growing number of younger Realtors within the company who are stepping-up and becoming actively involved in local and state real estate groups and organizations.

One such Realtor is Amanda DiVito Parle, a 28-year-old Platinum Club and Hall of Fame member with RE/MAX Alliance in Arvada, Colorado. DiVito Parle runs a thriving real estate team while still finding time to participate in her local Realtor association and other professional groups.

Her credits include serving on the board of directors for the Jefferson County Association of Realtors; director and past president of the Builder Realty Council of Metro Denver; and co-founder and incoming president of the Colorado Young Professionals Network. DiVito Parle also serves on the national board of the National Association of Realtor’s Young Professional Network.

"You learn so much through getting involved at various levels of real estate associations and organizations,” DiVito Parle says, “and you also make connections that generate more referrals and leads. There's always a place for you to serve. You just have to pick a spot that suits you."

"Don't make excuses as to why you can't do it,” she adds. “Everyone's busy. Be a master manager of your time and business systems so you can make room in your schedule for these activities. The rewards are endless."
